Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor. As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for offering personalized mortgage advice and solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert mortgage advice and guidance to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions for their needs.
  • Sell market-leading insurance products from reputable providers, such as Legal & General.
  • Work closely with estate agency teams to generate new leads and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of mortgage products and market trends, ensuring you are always up-to-date with the latest developments.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including FCA guidelines.

Requirements:

  • A customer-focused attitude with a strong drive and passion for delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle, as you will be required to travel to meet with clients and attend training sessions.
  • A strong motivation to exceed targets and continuously develop your skills and knowledge.
  • Ideally, some experience in sales or customer service, although we provide full training and support for our Trainee Mortgage Advisors.
