As a Culinary Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Head Chef in the daily management of kitchen operations
- Ensuring proper food storage and adherence to stock rotation practices
- Preparing and cooking meals that meet high culinary standards
- Delivering food and beverages with a focus on quality and service
- Designing menus and managing food cost efficiency
- Maintaining compliance with food safety regulations
- Overseeing all aspects of catering operations
- Participating in menu development and the HACCP system
