Job Title: Architect - Retail Design

Hansen SME/Architect

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Expertise in Hansen CPQ and Hansen EPC: Leverage in-depth knowledge of Hansen CPQ and Hansen EPC to drive retail product modeling and software solution implementation.
  2. Product Modeling Concepts: Apply expertise in product modeling concepts to design and develop rationalized product models, ensuring seamless integration with Hansen software solutions.
  3. Task Planning and Execution: Plan, sequence, and execute tasks efficiently to meet retail product lifecycle management requirements.
  4. Workshops and Training: Conduct product modeling workshops, develop training materials, and deliver training courses to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
  5. Configuration Management: Execute configuration management to ensure accurate and efficient retail product data migration.
  6. Product Data Migration: Define and implement product data migration strategies to ensure seamless integration with Hansen software solutions.
  7. Retail Product Life Cycle Management: Understand and apply knowledge of typical retail product life cycle management processes to drive efficient product modeling and software solution implementation.
  8. Subject Matter Expertise: Provide subject matter expertise on the operationalization of Hansen software solutions in the organization, ensuring effective retail product lifecycle management.
  9. Process and Organizational Models: Design, develop, and deploy process and organizational models oriented around the rollout and use of Hansen software solutions.
  10. Functional Specifications: Develop functional specifications for all areas of implementation work, ensuring accurate and efficient retail product data migration.
  11. Agile Project Delivery: Apply experience working with agile methods of project delivery to drive efficient retail product lifecycle management.
  12. System Analysis and Development: Conduct system analysis and development, keeping abreast with current product features/capabilities and change in technologies.
  13. System Specifications and Requirements: Analyze system specifications and translate system requirements to task specifications for junior programmers.
  14. Problem Diagnosis and Troubleshooting: Analyze, design, coordinate, and supervise the development and testing of systems, diagnosing and troubleshooting problematic programming.
  15. Quality Product Development: Develop new programs, analyze current programs, and make recommendations to ensure the production of a quality product.
  16. Multi-Vendor and Multi-Systems Environment: Work in a multi-vendor and multi-systems environment for a large system integration program, supporting the QA/UAT/Acceptance test phases.
  17. Technical Skills: Possess knowledge of XML, web services, Microservices & JSON, and Middleware/integration technologies, BPM, Orchestration suits, and CI/CD tooling.
