Job Opportunity

**Pertemps Network Group** is seeking a talented **Graduate Building Surveyor** to join their expanding team in Central Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to embark on a rewarding career journey in Building Surveying.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a range of building surveying services to clients, including contract administration, dilapidations, and party wall matters.
  • Work closely with the team to develop and implement building surveying services, ensuring high-quality results and excellent client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the team, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive business success.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Construction Degree in Building Surveying and working towards final assessment with RICS or recently completed APC.
  • Working knowledge of a range of building surveying services, including contract administration, dilapidations, and party wall matters.
  • Experience or understanding in delivering core building surveying services, such as defect analysis and rectification, developing client briefs, and project delivery.

Desirable Skills:

  • Awareness of the Principal Designer role and design experience using AutoCAD.
  • Knowledge of NEC Contracts (Option C) and project cost control.
