About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Configuration Team Lead to join our team at EDF. As a key member of our Joint Design Office, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the JDO Configuration team to deliver top-tier engineering support for the HPC Project.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the JDO Change & Configuration Manager to guide and coordinate the JDO Configuration team.
- Ensure all activities are performed in strict compliance with site license requirements, statutory regulations, company and local directives, procedures, and safety rules.
- Lead the team in executing all activities with strict adherence to site license requirements, statutory regulations, company and local directives, procedures, and safety rules.
- Ensure team members are regularly appraised, trained, and developed to meet evolving business needs.
- Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of the Plant Configuration Registers and List of Applicable Documents.
- Monitor and update the List of Applicable Documents in response to Design and Site Changes.
Requirements
- A degree in a relevant science or engineering field, or a strong technical background, is preferred.
- ICM CM2 certification or an equivalent qualification or experience is highly desirable.
- Experience in managing engineering documentation, including Redline Drawings and Work Pack management.
- Strong knowledge of project management, along with exceptional organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Confident decision-making abilities, with the capability to escalate and resolve issues effectively.
