Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and experienced Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen team that delivers exceptional food and service. As a Kitchen Team Leader, you will be responsible for training and inspiring your team to deliver food that meets our high standards. You will also be responsible for supporting with food ordering, food preparation, and stock control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train and inspire your team to deliver food that meets our high standards.
  • Support the Head Chef in building a kitchen team that delivers exceptional food and service.
  • Assist with food ordering, food preparation, and stock control.
  • Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience as a Kitchen Team Leader or in a similar role. You will also need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
