Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and experienced Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen team that delivers exceptional food and service. As a Kitchen Team Leader, you will be responsible for training and inspiring your team to achieve high standards, supporting with food ordering and stock control, and ensuring that health and hygiene regulations are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train and develop your team to deliver high-quality food and service.
  • Support the Head Chef in achieving kitchen targets and goals.
  • Assist with food ordering, stock control, and inventory management.
  • Ensure that all health and hygiene regulations are met and maintained.
  • Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment and facilities.
