We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional care to residents, including support with daily living activities, medication management, and personal care.
- Support the training and supervision of junior staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Respond to nurse call systems, answer doors and phones, and pass on messages promptly.
- Report on resident well-being, liaise with GPs and support managers, and complete records to a high standard.
- Deliver a high level of personal and psychological care to residents, arranging rotas to meet their care requirements.
- A competitive hourly rate of £13.00
