Job Summary

We're looking for compassionate and caring individuals to provide companionship and support to our clients in their own homes. As a Care Professional, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, helping them maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being.
  2. Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care.
  3. Accompany clients to appointments, local activities, and shopping trips.
  4. Support clients with their medication management and other health-related needs.
  5. Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.

Requirements

  1. You'll need to undergo a full DBS check and have a passion for delivering exceptional care.
  2. No prior care experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure you're equipped to provide the best possible care.
  3. If you have experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Carer, we'd love to hear from you.
