Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tutor to provide one-to-one support to Primary level students. As a Tutor with Teaching Personnel, you will play a vital role in helping students achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality tutoring sessions to Primary level students, focusing on their individual needs and learning styles.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to parents and guardians.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with curriculum developments and best practices in education.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in tutoring Primary level students, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting the needs of students and the organization.
  • Passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of students.
