About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Makeup Artist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Makeup Artist with Trinny London, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert makeup advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct makeup services, including pre-booked appointments and walk-ins, to deliver the Trinny London Match2Me experience
  • Provide impeccable customer service, sharing your knowledge and expertise with each client
  • Embody the Trinny London brand and style, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience for our customers
  • Work in a fast-paced environment to achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with our education and training team to stay up-to-date with the latest makeup trends and techniques
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through effective product knowledge and artistry skills
Requirements
  • Experience in a retail position, preferably within the beauty or cosmetics industry
  • Passion for makeup and skincare, with a strong understanding of product knowledge and application techniques
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptability and flexibility, with a positive and can-do attitude
  • Ability to work towards and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Punctuality and flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and bank holidays
