  • Conduct makeup services, including pre-booked appointments and walk-ups, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Deliver impeccable customer service, sharing your expertise and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest skincare and makeup trends, improving your product knowledge and artistry skills.
  • Work collaboratively with our education and training team to offer best-in-class makeup advice and services.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, driving business growth and success.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a retail position, preferably within beauty or cosmetics.
  • Passion for makeup and skincare, with a strong understanding of our products and services.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability, confidence, and a positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow.
