Sales Support Specialist

Previous experience as a Sales Associate, Retail Associate, or in a Customer Service role is beneficial. We will provide comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this position, but a positive attitude and the right behaviors are essential. We currently have a part-time Sales Support Specialist position available within our Pavers team, offering a 12-hour workweek.
Flexibility is important, as the role will involve a combination of weekend and weekday shifts.
Compensation, Hours & Benefits for our Sales Support Specialist
£11.70 per hour for adults, £9.60 per hour for ages 16-17, and £7.85 per hour for younger applicants.
Upon successful completion of the required retail induction and PaSS stages, your pay will increase to £12.05 per hour for adults, £9.87 per hour for ages 16-17, and £8.07 per hour for younger applicants.

Daily Responsibilities as our Sales Support Specialist
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Guide customers on footwear care and accessories to meet their needs, achieving daily performance targets in the process.
- Maintain self-awareness, being able to reflect, learn, and take ownership of your actions.
- Collaborate as a team player, upholding a friendly, engaging, and positive demeanor.
- Assist in maintaining store standards, product displays, and stockroom organization.
