Responsibilities
- Building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Providing expert advice on new and used vehicles, highlighting key features and benefits
- Arranging test drives and ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Negotiating sales and ensuring a smooth transaction process
- Maintaining accurate records and meeting sales targets
