About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Surveyor to join our team in a housing environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering surveys and collecting data related to property condition and energy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Property Condition Surveyors, ensuring surveys are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Set objectives and manage the team's performance, identifying and mitigating day-to-day risks.
  • Administer budgets and ensure financial management is in line with company policies.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Hold a relevant qualification in property surveying, such as RICS, CIOB, or CABE, or be willing to work towards professional qualification.
  • Have excellent knowledge and understanding of Building Surveying, including Health and Safety legislation.
  • Be able to demonstrate experience of line management or coaching, with a willingness to undertake professional development.
