We are seeking a dedicated Category Manager to oversee procurement operations for a variety of categories within our organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring that we maintain our position as a leading food procurement entity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the complete procurement lifecycle for assigned categories.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for beverages, including beer, wine, and spirits, focusing on value creation and contract renewals.
  • Engage with a wide array of brands and client needs to drive growth opportunities.
  • Enhance procurement processes and stakeholder engagement to balance value, innovation, quality, and cost savings.
Essential Duties:
  • Lead procurement initiatives across various projects within the Compass and Foodbuy Group.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define strategies for new contracts, ensuring optimal commercial value.
