Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Assistant to join our team at Robinson Recruitment Group Ltd. As a Payroll Assistant, you will be responsible for processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process payroll transactions, including BACS payments and credit control
* Liaise with client account departments to resolve any issues
* Prepare and review financial reports to ensure accuracy
* Provide weekly financial performance updates to management
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of payroll transactions
Requirements:
* Previous experience with accounting software, such as Xero
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
