Lead the Way in HR Shared Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Shared Services Team Lead to join our team at Agility Resourcing. As a key member of our HR Shared Services Centre, you will be responsible for supervising a team of HRSSC Administrators and providing exceptional support to our UK business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Champion the work of the team to ensure efficiency and quality in the delivery of HRSSC services.
  • Provide training to the team on systems, policies, and procedures as required.
  • Support staff to achieve targets and performance standards.
  • Motivate the team through regular 1:1s and identify training needs.
  • Regularly seek feedback from stakeholders on the performance and productivity of the HRSSC.
  • Undertake other duties, training, and hours of work as required.
Requirements:
  • In-depth knowledge of transactional processes, preferably gained in a HR environment.
  • Understanding of Data Protection legislation and its implications.
  • Experience of managing a team and achieving performance and efficiency benefits through coaching and people development.
  • Ability to proactively identify opportunities to improve the service.
  • Experience in using Service Now is desirable.
