Job Title: Private Client Paralegal

Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Paralegal to join our top-ranked Private Client department at Reed, providing expert legal support to our leading Private Client Partners. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for client care and a desire to further their legal career within a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal support to Private Client Partners, including drafting and reviewing documents, conducting research, and analyzing complex legal issues.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and third parties, building strong relationships and ensuring excellent client care.
  • Assist with the preparation of court documents, pleadings, and other legal materials.
  • Conduct research and analysis on complex legal issues, providing recommendations to Partners and other stakeholders.
  • Travel to London, as needed, to assist Partners and support the team.

Requirements:

  • Law degree and at least 2 years of Private Client legal experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct research and analyze complex legal issues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
