Job Title: Private Client Legal Director

Job Summary:

Oculus Legal Group is seeking a highly skilled Private Client Legal Director to join our team. As a Private Client Partner, you will be responsible for providing exceptional legal services to our clients, managing a team of junior lawyers, and contributing to business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice to clients on private client matters, including wills, probate, LPA's, Trusts, Estates, and Tax.
  • Manage a team of junior lawyers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Contribute to business development, identifying new opportunities and networking to grow the firm's client base.
  • Oversee and manage team budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service to clients.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of PQE experience in private client law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong business development skills, with a proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities.
