Algomarketing® is seeking a talented Marketing Business Data Analyst to join our growing team.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our marketing strategies and driving business growth by leveraging data-driven insights.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Database Growth & Hygiene: Establish and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for contact coverage, opt-in rates, data completeness, and overall data hygiene. Analyze current data quality at a country level and identify gaps to achieve target SLAs.
  • Vendor Management: Identify and onboard local data vendors to expand our contact database and ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Data Automation & C-Level Focus: Implement automated data refresh processes to maintain data accuracy and implement separate SLAs for C-level contacts, ensuring their information is always up-to-date and reliable.
  • Lead & Account Matching: Improve lead-to-account matching algorithms and automate conversion processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy in our CRM system.
    • Marketing Funnel Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of the marketing funnel, identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategies to increase lead conversion rates. Prepare comprehensive reports for monthly and quarterly business reviews, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
    • Data Visualization & Reporting: Collaborate with the global team to develop a new, meaningful metrics dashboard that effectively visualizes key performance indicators (KPIs) and provides a clear understanding of marketing campaign effectiveness.

Skills & Expertise:

To excel in this role, you will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in SQL and Python, and experience with marketing analysis and funnel optimization. Excellent communication and data visualization skills are essential for effectively conveying insights to stakeholders.
