Aviation Trainer Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Aviation Trainer to join our team at a leading education provider based in Cirencester. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching young adults on airport rules and procedures to help them pass their aviation exam. Full training will be provided, and the opportunity to work towards an assessor's qualification.

Key Responsibilities

* Train students on aviation safety protocols, airport operations, and emergency procedures
* Coach on the importance of adherence to boarding and security check regulations
* Prepare students to be ready for the aviation exam
* Provide one-on-one guidance and support to students who need additional assistance
* Manage your own diary and create a schedule that suits you
* Monitor student progress, providing feedback and adjustments to training as needed

Requirements

* Experience working in an airport
* Customer service background
* Knowledge of airport procedures, e.g., boarding checks
* Clean driving license and own transport
* Able to pass a DBS check
* No previous convictions
