Aviation Trainer Role

Dovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in the UK.

Job Overview

  • The role objective is to provide coaching and training to young adults on airport rules and procedures to help them pass their aviation exam.
  • Full training will be provided, and you will work towards an assessor's qualification.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver training sessions on aviation safety protocols, airport operations, and emergency procedures.
  • Coach students on the importance of adhering to boarding and security check regulations.
  • Prepare students to be ready for the aviation exam.
  • Provide one-on-one guidance and support to students who require additional assistance.
  • Manage your own diary and create a schedule that suits your needs.
  • Monitor student progress, providing feedback and adjustments to training as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience working in an airport environment.
  • Customer service background.
  • Knowledge of airport procedures, including boarding checks.
  • Clean driving license and own transport.
  • Able to pass a DBS check.
