Job Summary:
The Team Manager will provide the day-to-day operational management of the Adult and Young Carers Locality team and Carers Time off Staff, ensuring our clients receive a timely and quality service from ReSOURCE. The manager will also develop services, actively seek additional funding for new projects and work proactively with partners to identify and subsequently meet unmet needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service delivery and efficiency.
- Manage and lead a team of professionals to provide high-quality services to clients.
- Identify and pursue new funding opportunities to support project development.
- Collaborate with partners to identify and meet unmet needs in the community.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination with stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational management, team leadership, and service development. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. A proven track record of successfully managing teams and developing services will be essential for this role.
