We are currently in search of a Senior Learner Recruitment Manager to join our dedicated and professional team. This role is pivotal within our Skills City Division, aimed at attracting and enrolling learners through strategic engagement and relationship-building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all administrative activities related to programs, including:
    • Engaging with stakeholders
    • Monitoring and extracting key information regarding project milestones
    • Gathering feedback from participants
    • Collecting essential data in accordance with contractual obligations
    • Facilitating logistics and bookings for various activities, including program delivery and events
    • Organizing documentation to assist the program manager in evidencing activities against diverse contractual requirements
  • Manage all community event-related administrative tasks, which include:
    • Stakeholder communication
    • Data collection as per contractual needs
    • Logistical support for event activities
  • Perform additional administrative duties such as:
    • Minute-taking
    • Diary management within the team
    • Coordinating meetings
