About the Role:

FalconSmartIT is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of our Salesforce solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet the business needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and Implement Salesforce Solutions: Develop and implement Salesforce solutions that meet the business requirements of FalconSmartIT.
  2. Lead Technical Workshops: Lead technical workshops to design and implement Salesforce solutions, providing technical guidance and expertise to development teams.
  3. Ensure Solution Quality and Scalability: Ensure that Salesforce solutions are of high quality and scalable, meeting the business needs of FalconSmartIT.
  4. Assess and Recommend Improvements: Assess and recommend improvements to existing Salesforce systems, staying up-to-date with Salesforce best practices and updates.
  5. Contribute to Technical Strategy: Contribute to the overall technical strategy of FalconSmartIT, providing technical expertise and guidance to the team.

Requirements:

  • Deep Expertise in Salesforce Technologies: Have deep expertise in Salesforce technologies, including Salesforce.com, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Have strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Have the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including development teams, business stakeholders, and other technical teams.
