Field Sales Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Engineer to join our team at WR Engineering. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, selling high-value orders to OEMs and manufacturers, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Sell comprehensive range of engineering components used in vehicles, industrial machinery, and everyday products
  • Work closely with sales managers to form sales strategies and develop sales plans
  • Provide solutions selling non-standard products and selling comprehensive range of off-the-shelf products
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate new leads
Requirements:
  • Essential Qualification: HNC/HND or degree in a mechanical engineering subject
  • Sales experience: field sales experience preferred, but we are open to highly motivated individuals looking for a break into technical field sales
  • Beneficial knowledge: hydraulics, pneumatics, springs, linear motion, bearings, couplings, engineered metal
