Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 16:30 and Friday from 08:00 to 13:00.

Job Overview:
Our client, a leading player in the import/export sector, is seeking a Warehouse Receiving Specialist to enhance their team. This role will be offered on a temporary-to-permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Unloading and registering incoming shipments.
2. Removing packaging materials from pallets.
3. Updating stock records in the inventory system.
4. Processing delivery documentation and uploading it into the system.
5. Conducting quality checks on incoming goods.
6. Addressing delivery discrepancies, including missing, damaged, or incorrect items.
7. Collaborating with suppliers to resolve delivery issues.
8. Coordinating with the inspection team for handover of deliveries.
9. Managing telephone communications, including taking messages and directing calls appropriately.
10. Assisting the warehouse team with additional tasks as needed.

Candidate Profile:
1. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
2. Proficient in IT and computer systems.
3. Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
4. Capable of meeting company deadlines.
5. Comfortable with manual handling tasks.
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
8. High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
