Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing employee data, producing contracts and employment-related documentation, and maintaining organizational structure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Registration and maintenance of employee data, including new hires, terminations, and employment changes.
  • Producing contracts and other employment-related documentation.
  • Maintenance of organizational structure.
  • Absence and attendance registration and handling.
  • Registration of payroll data input, including deductions, benefits, bonuses, and new salaries.
  • Payroll administration for statutory elements, such as maternity, sickness, and paternity.
  • Manual payroll calculations.
  • System processing of payroll with control checks and validation.
  • Preparation and delivery of reports.
  • Query resolution and problem-solving for all aspects of payroll.
  • Handling service requests from clients through the C4C system and inquiries by phone.
  • Maintaining physical and electronic archives.
  • Staying up-to-date with current legislation changes.
  • Performing additional tasks related to the primary scope of the position.
  • Using SAP.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in payroll.
  • SAP experience (full training will be provided).
  • Living within a commutable distance of Walton-on-Thames.
  • Looking for a career in payroll, with opportunities to progress and obtain payroll qualifications.
