We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing employee data, producing contracts and employment-related documentation, and maintaining organizational structure.
Key Responsibilities:- Registration and maintenance of employee data, including new hires, terminations, and employment changes.
- Producing contracts and other employment-related documentation.
- Maintenance of organizational structure.
- Absence and attendance registration and handling.
- Registration of payroll data input, including deductions, benefits, bonuses, and new salaries.
- Payroll administration for statutory elements, such as maternity, sickness, and paternity.
- Manual payroll calculations.
- System processing of payroll with control checks and validation.
- Preparation and delivery of reports.
- Query resolution and problem-solving for all aspects of payroll.
- Handling service requests from clients through the C4C system and inquiries by phone.
- Maintaining physical and electronic archives.
- Staying up-to-date with current legislation changes.
- Performing additional tasks related to the primary scope of the position.
- Using SAP.
- Previous experience in payroll.
- SAP experience (full training will be provided).
- Living within a commutable distance of Walton-on-Thames.
- Looking for a career in payroll, with opportunities to progress and obtain payroll qualifications.
- A salary of £28-33,000.
