Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth operation of the front desk daily, acting as a liaison between guests and all departments
  • Welcome all guests to the hotel warmly, adhering to our Standard of Procedure
  • Oversee the preparation of breakfast for our Staycity Cafe
  • Verify payment upon check-in and follow the procedure for each payment type
  • Supervise department staff, ensuring the correct standards and methods of service are upheld
  • Anticipate and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction and well-being within the hotel
  • Manage and inspire a team of direct reports daily
