Job Title: Clinical Assessor

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Assessor to join our team at RSS Global - Internal. As a Clinical Assessor, you will play a crucial role in conducting assessments with claimants, utilizing your clinical expertise to evaluate their health conditions and provide detailed reports.

About the Role

This is a hybrid position that offers a unique blend of remote and on-site work. You will have the opportunity to work from home and our assessment centers, with no shifts, weekends, or unsociable hours. Our Clinical Assessors enjoy a starting salary of £35,000, with uplifts of £1000 at 6 and 12 months, plus optional overtime following probation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments with claimants, utilizing your clinical expertise to evaluate their health conditions and provide detailed reports.
  • Work independently, using your clinical skills to assess, examine, talk, listen, and submit reports of health conditions affecting daily life.
  • Combine the highest levels of integrity with extensive clinical knowledge to offer the best service possible to our customers.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD), Paramedic, Physiotherapist, or Occupational Therapist with 1-year post-registration experience.
  • Current NMC/HCPC registration with no restrictions.
  • Strong interest in report writing and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
  • Fully competent in Microsoft Office with the ability to navigate various IT systems.
  • A minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment and experience working in various clinical settings.
