We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role will focus on enhancing and developing our talent pipeline, strategic approach to retention, and go-to-market strategy, as well as managing senior stakeholder relationships internally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the firm's campus recruitment strategy, including partnerships with key universities, career fairs, networking events, and internship programs.
  • Manage the internship program, ensuring a valuable experience for interns and effective conversion rates into full-time positions.
  • Lead end-to-end lateral recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for experienced hires across various business units.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent through direct sourcing, networking, employee referrals, and partnerships with external agencies.
  • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including managing lateral and campus hiring for professional services, consulting, or a similar industry.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies for both experienced professionals and early career candidates.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
