We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Matron to lead our Surgical, Oncology and Duty Management teams at Hca Cancer Network.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 24-hour accountability for the management and oversight of all patients within the facility, promoting excellence as standard.
- Lead and manage the Surgical, Oncology and Duty Management teams to ensure high-quality patient care and service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote a nurturing environment for patients, relatives, visitors, and staff.
- Monitor, measure, action, and evaluate service delivery to ensure continuous improvement.
- Negotiate and influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- NMC registered Nurse with significant clinical leadership experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrative leadership skills with the ability to successfully negotiate and influence internal and external stakeholders.
