  • Oversee site management, including equipment and personnel, with a focus on long-term capacity, investment, and workforce planning.
  • Utilize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Profit & Loss (P&L) metrics to assess and enhance business performance across various dimensions, including volume, gross profit, and operational costs.
  • Drive continuous improvement in gross profit while optimizing conversion rates and managing working capital metrics related to inventory and receivables.
  • Foster collaboration with regional sourcing and product management teams to effectively manage volume, pricing, and inventory.
  • Cultivate a strong Brenntag culture by establishing clear guidelines, expectations, and performance indicators.
  • Uphold rigorous safety standards, adhering to a zero-tolerance policy for unsafe practices and implementing corrective measures as needed.
  • Ensure the maintenance of documented procedures for operational processes in close collaboration with onsite employees and relevant departments.

This position is crucial for maintaining our commitment to excellence and operational efficiency.
