As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of defined engineering tasks for various projects, ensuring compliance with legal obligations and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform the role of 'Lead Engineer' for appropriate projects, providing technical expertise and guidance to team members.
  • Provide inputs to Management Progress Plans (MPPs), recruitment, and conduct performance reviews for staff personnel.
  • Offer on-going technical support to projects and team, ensuring the successful delivery of engineering tasks.
  • Provide technical expertise for the specification, design, purchase, installation, and commissioning of C&I systems.
  • Produce, review, and understand associated documentation relating to the design, installation, and operation of C&I systems.
  • Analyse data, troubleshoot performance, conduct root cause analysis, and make recommendations to improve C&I issues.
  • Make decisions involving technical issues, budget considerations, project schedules, and safety with a minimum level of supervision.
  • Support the rollout of engineering procedures, work instructions, standards, and guidance.
  • Support the development of proposals and delivery for new business opportunities, including due diligence and consultancy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
  • Experience of C&I engineering in the delivery of the full project life cycle, including Pre-FEEDs, FEEDs, and EPC within chemicals, petrochemicals, oil and gas, and power generation industries.
  • Experience of hazardous area equipment selection and installation design requirements, including relevant standards.
