About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team at 2i Recruit Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including payroll, banking, cash flow forecasting, and expenses monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage payroll and ensure timely and accurate processing
  • Monitor commission and bonus payments, as well as banking and cash flow
  • Oversee expenses monitoring and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Prepare and submit VAT returns and year-end accounts
  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support business decision-making
  • Collaborate with the Managing Director to develop and implement financial strategies
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in finance and accounting
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and experience with financial software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of Netsuite or similar financial systems is an advantage
