Peripatetic Nurse RGN/RMN Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Peripatetic Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Peripatetic Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents across various care homes in your region. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care, and you will be responsible for developing and implementing care plans that meet their individual needs.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification. You will have a strong clinical knowledge and a good understanding of key regulatory frameworks, including the safe administration of medicines and NMC standards. You will also have a successful track record of producing care plans and detailed risk assessments.
