Henry Martin Group is a leading developer of high-quality residential projects in London. We are currently working on an exciting new build residential scheme in Tottenham and are seeking a dedicated Senior Engineer to join our team.

The Role

As a Senior Engineer, you will play a key role in the planning and execution of our new build residential project. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the engineering design and development process for the new residential scheme.
  • Collaborating with architects, surveyors, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
  • Providing technical support and guidance to junior engineers and project team members.
  • Liaising with local authorities and other stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals and permits.
  • Managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to deliver the project on schedule and within budget.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction projects, with a focus on new builds.
  • Chartered Engineer status (MRICS, MICE, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, building regulations, and construction methods.
  • Strong project management skills and experience in leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Proficient in relevant software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools.
