Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance professional to join our client, a well-established charity based in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of the organization, including the production of monthly management accounts, business partnering with senior stakeholders, and supporting the transactional finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production of monthly management accounts with commentary and analysis
  • Business Partner with senior stakeholders to drive improvements across the business units
  • Quarterly board reports and presentation packs to present to the Board and Senior Leadership Team
  • Support the transactional finance team with daily ad hoc tasks and inspire their personal development as the business continues to grow
  • Support the International Development of this charity in growing their footprint
  • Production P&L Accounts
  • Asset Management
  • Support process improvements and implementations
  • Ad hoc requests by the Director of Finance

Requirements:

  • Robust experience in financial management and leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in business partnering and stakeholder management
