We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in the West Midlands region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our market-leading ground shoring, formwork, and temporary bridging solutions to main contractors and civil engineering businesses.
Key Responsibilities- Sell our products and services to new and existing customers in the West Midlands region
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the construction industry
- Work closely with our national accounts team to identify new business opportunities
- Meet and exceed sales targets, with a bonus structure based on 1% of all sales turnover
We are a market-leader in our field, with the largest stockholding of product in the UK and a dedicated installation team operating nationally. We invest heavily in our induction, onboarding, and ongoing training processes, and offer a range of benefits including a company car, 25 days' holiday, and a pension scheme.
Requirements- Field sales experience within the construction sector
- Track record of new business and account management
- Full and clean driving licence
We offer a competitive basic salary of £42,000-£45,000, plus an uncapped OTE of £7,000 in year one. You will also receive a company car, 25 days' holiday, and a range of other benefits.
