Location: Remote/Hybrid
Salary: £25,000-£30,000 base + OTE + Shares
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our team at Adhesion. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with Mid-Market to Enterprise-level clients, selling our market-leading SaaS offering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify new sales opportunities through data-driven outreach campaigns
- Collaborate closely with marketing to develop and execute sales strategies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive revenue growth
- Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive and strategic sales efforts
Requirements:
- 1+ years of sales experience in a fast-paced SaaS/IT business sales environment
- Proven track record of hitting/exceeding sales targets in a BDR/BDE/SDR role
- Strong organizational skills and ability to navigate a busy pipeline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify and translate complex ideas to different audiences
