To be a successful Office Team Member at Next, you will:

  • Perform daily store administration tasks, which includes stock and cash handling, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ensure smooth running of the administrative processes to support great audit results, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.
  • Work in all areas of the store as needed, including sales floors and stockrooms, providing excellent customer service from both the front and back of house.
  • Confidently share any administrative issues or discrepancies with the Store Team, promoting a culture of transparency and open communication.
