## Development Manager (Delivery) Interim Role

### Job Summary

Our client, a reputable Housing Association, is seeking an experienced Development Manager to lead the delivery of several affordable housing projects. As an interim Development Manager, you will oversee the development of on-site projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage project budgets, timelines, and quality assurance processes.

### Key Responsibilities

* Oversee the development of affordable housing projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met
* Coordinate with local authorities, construction teams, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
