Join Our Team as a Graduate Mental Health Support Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Graduate Mental Health Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable and at-risk young people, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide emotional support and guidance to young people, helping them to develop coping strategies and build resilience.
  • Work closely with teachers and specialist staff to identify and address the needs of students with special educational needs (SEN).
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to help students achieve their academic and personal goals.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to provide a comprehensive support network for students.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in a relevant field, such as Psychology, Sociology, or Criminology.
  • Experience working with vulnerable and at-risk young people.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
