About the Role
We're seeking a motivated HR professional to join our team as a Human Resources Business Partner. This role will provide HR guidance on all HR lifecycle activities from policies to performance, supporting both employees and managers. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing, ensuring all employees are paid correctly and on time. Additionally, they will lead the recruitment process, conduct interviews, assess candidates, and help ensure we bring in the best talent.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Guidance and Support: Provide HR guidance on all HR lifecycle activities from policies to performance, supporting both employees and managers.
- Payroll Processing: Take charge of accurate and timely payroll processing, ensuring all employees are paid correctly and on time.
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process, conduct interviews, assess candidates, and help ensure we bring in the best talent.
- HR Data Management: Handle HR data management, including employee records, payroll data, and HR metrics.
- Performance Management: Support performance management processes, including reviews and employee development plans.
- Employee Engagement and Development: Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and help deliver training programs that enhance skills across the company.
- Benefits Management: Manage the benefits portal, liaise with benefits providers, and communicate benefits effectively across the organization.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Keep our HR and payroll policies up-to-date and compliant with the latest labor laws.
Requirements
- A recent graduate or early-career HR professional eager to break into a HR Business Partner role with a strong focus on payroll, benefits, recruitment, and data management.
- A numbers person – detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A great communicator with a knack for building relationships and effectively communicating complex information.
- Tech-savvy – familiar with HRIS systems, payroll software, benefits portals, and comfortable with Microsoft Excel.
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and excited to learn and grow.
- Experience in managing recruitment interviews and benefits administration, along with a solid understanding of payroll processes.
