**Job Summary**

The Divisional Director of Nursing/AHPs is a senior leadership role that provides strategic direction and oversight for nursing and support staff. The post holder will work closely with the Chief of Service and other corporate leaders to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

They will also be able to demonstrate a commitment to the principles of devolution of decision making to clinical teams.
