Job Summary:

Spire Healthcare is seeking an experienced Integrated Governance Manager to lead compliance activities in conjunction with hospital departments. The ideal candidate will focus on infection control, clinical governance, clinical effectiveness, patient safety, and health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead integrated governance and quality activities within the hospital
  • Monitor and coordinate investigations of adverse events
  • Lead clinical audits and promote evidence-based best practices
  • Assist in developing and disseminating patient safety information
  • Develop methods and processes to manage clinical risk
  • Engage with colleagues in policy management
  • Develop knowledge and practice, and assist others to develop
  • Monitor consultant information and coordinate reports

Requirements:

  • Previous experience leading and developing teams
  • Evidence of participation in audit activities
  • Degree-level education
  • Master's degree
  • Root cause analysis training
  • Clinical governance experience
  • Lead in audit activities/clinical audit training
  • IOSH/NEBOSH accredited
