Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Senior Manager, you will oversee a team of insolvency professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless case progression.
  • You will attend initial meetings with companies in financial distress, working closely with directors to identify the best solutions and outcomes.
  • Manage a large caseload of corporate insolvency cases, ensuring efficient delegation and timely progression.
  • Monitor job work-in-progress and costs, maintaining a keen eye on budget adherence.
  • Develop and implement training programs for your team, ensuring compliance with the latest industry standards.
  • Contribute to the firm's networking and business development activities, fostering strong relationships with clients and partners.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate insolvency, with a proven track record of success.
  • JIEB qualification is advantageous, but not mandatory.
  • A history of securing insolvency work and managing less experienced team members is highly desirable.
