BAM Construct & Ventures UK is seeking a skilled Mobile Gas Engineer to join our team in the south east region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive and emergency breakdown tasks, and ensuring that all work is completed within contractual time scales.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance and complete associated paperwork and electronic reports.
  • Perform reactive and emergency breakdown tasks and complete relevant documentation.
  • Provide out-of-hours cover for clients and assist other team members as required.
  • Oversee visiting sub-contractors to ensure high standards of work and adherence to Health and Safety protocols.
  • Adopt a flexible approach to assist with tasks on other properties within the portfolio.
  • Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
  • Work safely and diligently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Qualifications in electrical and/or mechanical disciplines.
  • Commercial Gas ACS qualifications, including COCN1 or CODNCO1, CIGA1, CDGA1, CORT1, and TPCP1A.
  • Understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), service targets, and objectives, as well as Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety and safe working practices.
  • Strong customer care focus.
  • Clean driving licence.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proactive approach.
  • Able to anticipate and/or diagnose and repair faults.
