Commercial Gas Engineer - Facilities Service Provider

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Gas Engineer to join our team at a leading Facilities Maintenance provider. As a Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering services, repairs, and maintenance throughout commercial properties. This role would be ideal for a candidate with a strong understanding of commercial gas and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reactive maintenance throughout clients' portfolio of properties
  • Self-delivery of smaller installations
  • Reactive and planned commercial maintenance
  • Providing high level of customer service and building strong relationships

Requirements:

  • Hold commercial gas tickets (COCN1 or CODNCO1)
  • A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Electrical or Air Conditioning qualifications desirable (17th/18th Edition, Fgas)
  • Full driving license
